Music Sifter

What is MusicSifter?

    Music Sifter is an iTunes plug-in to help you identify good music in your library.
    
    It works by providing an average rating (average of other people who rated the song) and a predicted rating (what we think you will rate the song) for each track in your library.

How Does it Work?

1. Download and install our plug-in MusicSifter.msi.
2. When you start iTunes, MusicSifter will upload all song names and ratings in your library to our server.
3. MusicSifter will download and display the average and predicted* ratings for each track in your library.
4. In MusicSifter, sort Genres, Artists and Albums by average or predicted ratings to find the best music in your library.

 
Why do I need MusicSifter?
   
    If you have too much music and don't have the time to go through it all, then MusicSifter will help you identify the tracks that you are most likely to enjoy.  It saves you time and let's you re-discover your music library.

 * Predicted ratings will be enabled once we reach our goal of 10 million ratings.
